A perfect fit and unbeatable value

I built an MSR for hunting purposes and I bought a scope mount for the flat top receiver. The mount is a high mount and after mounting a 2-7×32 scope I thought it looked silly because there was so much distance between the recievers top rail and the scopes objective lens. So I took a measurement and discovered that a 50mm objective scope would fit nicely. I looked at a few different brands, and I quickly discovered I couldn't beat the features for the price in a Vortex optic. I bought the Vortex Crossfire ii 4-12×50 AO and it mounted perfectly over the flat top rail. I've been hunting and shooting with it now for 6 years and it has held zero for all the hunts and traveling. I'm impressed with the performance of such an affordable optic.
